Welcome to CalmPaw. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CalmPaw mobile application (the "App") operated by Tethered Tech, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & App Use You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and purchase a subscription. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

    •    Pricing: CalmPaw offers premium features via an auto-renewing subscription priced at $2.99 per month.

    •    Billing & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

    •    Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your device's Account Settings (Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions). No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

3. Intellectual Property All audio tracks, soundscapes, software code, UI designs, logos, and materials provided within the App are the exclusive property of Tethered Tech, LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

4. Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer CalmPaw provides bioacoustic sound therapy intended for general pet relaxation and behavioral support. The App is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, medical diagnosis, or prescription medication. If your pet exhibits severe anxiety, self-harming behavior, or medical distress, please consult a licensed veterinarian immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tethered Tech, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its audio content.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
